Planning for the Options Greathire showcase at Tate Britain was a journey full of creativity, collaboration and flavour. As a team that specialises in luxury bar experiences for events, this was a brilliant opportunity to show what we do best. We create thoughtful, seasonal cocktails that bring people together and leave a lasting impression.

We worked closely with Options Greathire to explore their latest glassware collection, choosing pieces that complemented each serve. From delicate stems to bold, contemporary shapes, every detail was considered to match the mood and feel of the event.
The main bar was brought to life with flowers by Pinstripes and Peonies, creating a setting that felt vibrant and full of summer energy. Our menu featured the José Rosé (more on that soon), a Mezcal Mule with blood orange granita, a G&T with homemade low-ABV gin drops, and a line-up of seasonal mocktails that were just as considered.
Beyond the bar, we created a pairing experience that matched cocktails to the Tate’s canapé menu, with each drink designed to sit beautifully alongside every bite. It added something different for guests and invited them to explore flavour in a more interactive way.
To close the night, we opened the Cocktail Club, a more intimate space serving indulgent nightcaps. The pistachio affogato Espresso Martini and Mandarin Old Fashioned were clear favourites. Both were rich, satisfying and the perfect way to end the evening.
From exploring glassware in the showroom to seeing it in action in such an iconic space, it was a real pleasure to collaborate with such brilliant suppliers.
Thank you to Options Greathire, Pinstripes & Peonies, and everyone who helped make the evening such a success.
