As the nights draw in and the air takes on that familiar crisp edge, our rhythm shifts in the kitchen. This time of year invites a slower pace, one that leans into warmth, comfort and the joy of crafting something beautiful from the best the season has to offer. Syrups are steeping, citrus is being pressed and the perfume of spice in the air.


Our seasonal menu is designed to capture the feeling of warmth, nostalgia and of those perfect small moments that define the colder months. The Spiced Clementine Sour is our ode to winter sunshine. Silent Pool Gin meets cold pressed clementine juice, blood orange Amara and a touch of our in-house spice bitters. It’s a cocktail that feels fresh with a seasonal familiarity.



The Burnt Plum Margarita is deeper, darker, with a blend of spiced fruit, a hint of smoke and the rich complexity of mezcal. It’s the kind of drink that lingers, warming from the inside out.


We’ve leaned into texture and indulgence this season. The Pumpkin Spiced Latte is a new trend setter. Silky, aromatic and comforting in all the right ways. Made with a spiced pumpkin reduction and Jersey cream-washed vodka, a combination that brings both depth and smoothness. The Crème Brûlée Sour is like dessert in a glass. Sapling vodka, vanilla, almond demerara orgeat and a satisfying crack of brûléed sugar across the top.



We know that balance matters, and sometimes the best way to celebrate winter is with something lighter. The Last Word Spritz brings a refreshing lift. Bright basil, crisp citrus, muddled black peppercorns and a crémant top to cut through the richness of the season.


Much of what makes a Drunken Jockeys cocktail so distinctive begins in our kitchen, where ideas are tested, flavours evolve and inspiration strikes in the most unexpected moments. Wherever possible, we work with local and seasonal producers, allowing this to guide our creativity. This connection to the seasons keeps our menus alive and ever-changing, rooted in a sense of time and place.
